Drum and Percussion Instructor with 3 years of teaching experience.  Graduated at the “University of the Philippines” College of Music, Major in Percussion.

Has attended various drum workshops including the “First Leg of Mapex Drum Clinic”, where he participated as one of the Clinicians and performed, gave drum demos, and instructed the audience on drum techniques and methods.

Performed internationally in Switzerland and Hong Kong. Other local performing experiences as Drummer and Percussionist where together with “U.P. Festival Orchestra”, “U.P. Jazz Friends” and “Manila Philharmonic Orchestra”.  A member of the “Manila Philharmonic Orchestra Percussion Ensemble” and Drummer of the group “Radioactive Sago Project” – a Filipino jazz rock band formed in 1999 in Phils.  The band’s sound is a fusion of spoken-word poetry, bebop jazz, and punk.  Already had an album released for the “Radioactive Sago Project” in Y2000.

Previous teaching experiences were as free lance Percussion Instructor, Drum Class Instructor with “Rock Ed-Nokia ACTS Music School” and Drum and Percussion Teacher with “U.P. College of Music” – one of the most esteemed school of Music in the Phils.

Teaches students of varied ages and of different skill-levels, able to teach and perform different musical styles such as “Blues”, “Freestyle”, “Hip-Hop”, “Jazz”, “Rock” and Contemporary among many others as well as traditional Jazz, Avant –Garde and Classical Music.  Can create age-appropriate drum programs and curriculums, and can teach individual and ensemble classes.

Teaches drum techniques and playing styles, music theory and its application on various percussion instruments, to students at Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels.  Aside from playing drums, he can also play and teach basic acoustic guitar.
